Neil founded Brightway Data with the intent to help non-profit organizations meet their mission. He developed the Brightway Giving Score which empowers non-profits with intelligent predictive philanthropy screening that identifies overlooked populations of donors that have a high propensity to donate.
Previously, Neil founded PARO Decision Support and its revolutionizing predictive modeling for healthcare revenue cycle. He developed the PARO Presumptive Charity Score used by health systems to provide free or discounted care to those in need.. PARO was sold to Waystar in 2019.

Todd is responsible for sales, overseeing marketing initiatives and assisting our existing clients with patient engagement programs. He holds more than 30 years of experience with sales and marketing strategy. His experience with database analysis and audience targeting provides invaluable insight for our clients.
